Anybody know a reliable ESL recruiting agency in Korea? I want to teach ESL in Korea, anybody know an agency that is legit?

did u graduate from 4year college? and if you did, did you take those teaching course in your college? i think you have to finish both of them to get hired as legit English teacher in Korea.

    A 4-year college degree(bachelor’s degree) is a must but taking teaching-related courses is not necessarily required. If you took many teaching courses at a university, you would be preferred though.

    Recruiters get paid for every teacher they place in Korea. This means that, much like politicians, they’ll say and do whatever is needed to get you to sign a contract. In my 2.5 years in Korea I have only heard of a few positive recruiter experiences. If you are looking to get a job at a public school, go through EPIK or apply directly with the school district. Check out Dave’s ESLCafe for a huge list of jobs and try to avoid recruiters.
