Two questions from this video i see there is two 13k forced marches. And how long are recruits in field now.Looks to me like it is more then the 1 week it used to be in cornwallis.
The rifle is 8.5 pounds loaded. The helmet is maybe 5 pounds. The heaviest part of the webbing is usually the water – in the summer you carry 3 litres. The rest of the webbing isn’t too heavy.
The 13km march isn’t very difficult, no one who made it that far in BMQ should drop out. If they do then they haven’t been pushing themselves hard enough.
the pack is 35 kg, which is 77 lbs, then on top of that they have webgear with ammo, water..etc..etc whatever else, prob another 30, then depending on your job you may have more gear as well, no idea how much the helmet weighs, and the rifle is prob 13-16 lbs who knows, empty magazine id assume
YOU WILL NOT QUIT TODAY !!!
HOORAH!!!! BAKER!!!!
lmao 0:49 ” maybe u should teach them how to look where they walk”
@poopnscoop432 including everything? if so then its 77 pounds
Never give up!
@roninpainbringer well – he landed on his rifle the day before, in the gut… I’d be the same way too!
