Question by gonecrazy_fl: what company does the youngstown army recruiting station belong to?
Does anyone of you fine folks know the answer to my question ? We are supposed to head up there next year.I only know its Cleveland batalion.

Best answer:

Answer by Derby Girl
I would think that your recruiting BN would be in Columbus. I typed in ‘Army recruiting Battalion, Ohio’ in Google and it took me to their site. When I enlisted in Detroit, I had to go to Troy to complete everything, and our state capital in Michigan is Lansing; go figure! Why don’t you ask your station commander where this company is located at in Ohio? He or she should help you out. BTW- the site I found through Google looked really informative, why don’t you try that.

Give your answer to this question below!

ATLANTA Parents, veterans and others told their stories of abusive military recruiting in Georgia high schools at a hearing of the Georgia Senate Veterans, Military and Homeland Security Committee on March 10. The Committee members, chaired by the republican John Douglas (District 17) could not even have a second to the motion of not passing the resolution. The committee at the end of the hearing decided not to take action, but other options are being considered to push Senate Resolution 955, which urges the Georgia Department of Education and Georgia school systems to: • Cease all programs and activities designed to recruit children under the age of 17, as required by US ratification of the Optional Protocol to the Rights of the Child in 2002; • Require written parental consent for participation of children 17 and older in military-related programs and activities; and • Provide students and parents with exemption forms which would prevent schools from disclosing students records to recruiters, as required by the No Child Left Behind Act. A companion resolution, HR1219, has been introduced in the Georgia House. Christopher Raissi is a former Marine recruiter. Recruiters are trained to work everyone in a high school, from freshmen to seniors, said. The schools dont give any notification to the parents about dissemination of students personal information to recruiters. If parents ignore their phone calls, recruiters are trained to track down every kid on the list, either at …

This is a short documentary about military recruitment and counter-recruitment in colleges and high schools. The speakers are amateur but the content about the movement is good, and it’s nice and short.
The Ryan PT-22A Recruit was a military training plane, with one seat for the trainee, and one for the instructor. This example in the Smithsonian’s Udvar-Hazy Center dates from 1942.

I am planning to start a recruitment agency. As there is global recession there are almost no recruitments now. What will be right time to start a recruitment agency. Please guide

Best answer:

Answer by zeuz
Anytime is the right time provided that you focus on the right employment sector. Right now, I wouldn’t do recruitments for investment bankers. I would recruit for nurses, doctors and other medical professionals.

This is a very funny ad for ukrainian armed forces. It was shown at tv to recruit service men on contract basis. Translation: girl 1: would u take us for a ride on your BMW? BMW-driver: even to the end of the world! soldier: hey, i’d like to drown some vodka, girls! girl 1: just…

Question by carlita S: recruitment agency?
If I am employed through a recruitment agency, what are my long term disadvantages? Thanks all!
I have been contacted by a recruitment agency from another country to work there (the Czech republic) and I’m Romanian, so I don’t know what the disadvantages would be on the long run. In my country it’s rather “inexistent” this kind of recruitment.
The company seems rather ok, no complaints about that.
Thanks

Best answer:

Answer by dtravelbiz
Problem #1: you are looking for a job.
Problem #2: if you are not marketable you will end up at a
job paying low wages.

Try starting your own business from home, it isn’t that difficult.
