Question by Colby: I am in highschool and want to know if i could join the Army rangers the special forces?
i want to join the army out of high school and wanted to know exactly what i would sign at a recruiting station and what kind of contract and physical shape i would need to be.

The SF has a semi new contract program, i forget the details since it never interested me. Check out GoArmy.com and look through the SF section. As for physical shape…..lots of RUNNING…..and do cardio in between catching your breathe. There are a lot of sources online you can find to help you better prepare for Army life
