Question by jai: legalities about withdrawing documents in recruitment agencies?
i want to withdraw my documents specially my passport in the recruitment agency i applied but they resist to give it to me immediately.Are this recruitment agencies allowed to withheld documents of their applicants if these applicants wish to stop their applications?

They are not. In fact I’m pretty sure they have no authority to collect your passport. Get a detective, policeman, or lawyer to go there with you and ask for that stuff back. See what happens.
