I have no idea what to tell the army recruiting center when I don’t want to receive calls from them anymore. What should I do?

Tell them to stop calling you. Don’t be rude about it, just tell them you elected to go to college.

Don’t talk to stupid bastards. Just hang up on them. Or even better, agree to join the army after 30 minutes of talking to them and then suddenly hang up.

As long as the army is homophobic, the recruiters should be treated like dirt.

If you signed-up (signed on the dotted line), YOU have enlisted in the Army and you must now go.

If you went to the recruiter and just asked questions, tell the recruiter to stop calling you, and that their calls are on the verge of harassment. (Sometimes that stops all unwanted calls no matter where or who calls).

But remember, if you joined and are now having second thoughts and don’t go, you may be in a heap of trouble.

I told them a story about when I attempted to repell down a wall, and I fell all the way down, because I was too weak to hold myself up, he chuckled and said alright, talk to you later, and I never heard back from them again.

Tell them (respectfully) tha you are not interesated in joining; how hard is that?

The military is not for everyone; so if you feel that you don’t have what it takes to be a Soldier or a Marine or whatever, then don’t join; just politely say “Hey, thanks, but I am not interested.” and be done with it.

Be direct, but polite. Tell them you’re not interested in joining the Army, and ask them not to call again.

just ask how long is going to take to be able to get your first kill and if you get abonus for killing the whole family. they might leave you alone after you ask that but then again maybe that is exactly what they are looking for.

So what your are telling me is that you do not want to here what they have to say about your future?

Just tell them that you have thought about it with your parents and tell them that I have decided that I am going to college and what degree you are seeking to get and that you are not interested and to take you off the list.

Seriously just tell them. Your not going to hurt their feelings and if you hehaw around and let them think you have the littlest bit of interest in joining they will keep calling you.

You could use all the lines and lies that are listed above as well as a few others and that might get the calls to stop. However, the recruiter has to document why he’s not calling you. If you ever *want* to join a military branch at any time in the future it is possible that a record of that comment will still be on file for you.

Even if you don’t ever want to join these guys are just doing their job. They’d appreciate it if you could be straightforward and just tell them you’re not interested and to please take you off the list.

You ought to seriously think about steering this site into a dominant voice in this niche. You clearly have a good handle of the topics everyone is browsing for on this website anyways and you could maybe even earn a dollar or two off of some ads. I would look into following recent trends and increasing the amount of articles you make and I guarantee you’d start earning some awesome traffic soon. Just a brainstorm, good luck in whatever you do!
