If I am employed through a recruitment agency, what are my long term disadvantages? Thanks all!
I have been contacted by a recruitment agency from another country to work there (the Czech republic) and I’m Romanian, so I don’t know what the disadvantages would be on the long run. In my country it’s rather “inexistent” this kind of recruitment.
The company seems rather ok, no complaints about that.

Problem #1: you are looking for a job.
Problem #2: if you are not marketable you will end up at a
job paying low wages.

Try starting your own business from home, it isn’t that difficult.
