I’ve read that I want to get things in writting such as bonuses and student loan repayment. Are there other things that are important?

Usually only certain schools, but most do not have written clauses.

    Job.

    Buddy program

Geographical section of the country for duty.

    Spouse duty

As long as it is reasonable request it. Remember the recruiter does not have the final word in whats in the contract. To be quite frank with you I would even have an attorney review the contract before signing it. Geez that would piss somebody off.
