Question by VinaB1: What is the average cost charged to an applicant who wanted to use a Recruiting Service?
Knowing that this is not the typical way a “Recruiting Company” would assist an applicant looking for work. However, if there is someone who is interested in paying a recruiting firm to highlight them and find the “perfect” career placement and is willing to pay for their time and energy that is involved in pursing the larger type of firms that the applicant is interested in, what would the average cost that a “Recruiting Agency or Firm” would charge for this type of service?

very few places charge teh “employee/job searcher” anything anymore

it is usually teh hiring company that pays any employment agency fees

I wouldn;t use any place that I have to pay – did that once and it wasn’t worth it for what they charge – which is a lot and yu have to pay teh entire fee – which might be 20-30% of your annual salary before you are allowed to start teh job – not many people have that kind of money
