Question by Little Neck Cyn: If I am working with an employment agency, do I need to disclose that I am looking on my own as well?
I just started looking for a new job, and in the process, have signed up with a staffing/recruiting agency. They’ve set up interviews for me, but I am also searching for jobs on my own as well. Do I need to let them know that I am going on interviews for positions that I’ve set up for myself? Trying to see what the proper job-hunting etiquette may be.

It also is best to be honest about your comittments from the word go as you will need to schedule interviews accordingly.
