Q&A: Are there recruitment agencies / Headhunters in Toronto that find jobs for Canadians in the Middle East?

Question by Phoebe C: Are there recruitment agencies / Headhunters in Toronto that find jobs for Canadians in the Middle East?
My cousin who is a SAP professional would like to get a good job in Dubai / Bahrain? He is doing well in Toronto? Is it a good idea for him to move to the Middle East and what agencies (based in Toronto) should he use? thanks much.
