I have a couple good q’s…but i feel unprepared! a little help??

don’t know. don’t care. this is your experience that you’ll have to go through on your own. just like the rest of us did. nobody wants to help you out like the nagging little brother always asking stupid questions. figure it out on your own, your a big boy. it’s not like the next day you’re going off to basic and if you don’t get it all out there, you’ll be screwed. you’ve got time.

In the UK, we use the TES (Times Educational Supplement), or local newspaper adverts to find Teaching positions, but, if you’re not in the UK, I’d suggest going to the source, i.e. ask at secondary schools what their preferred method is to advertise positions, then use that to find one. If you don’t have specific publications to help, they may use different methods in different areas.
If you’ve tried that, or specifically wish to use an agency, again, I’d try talking with the HR manager at schools. If you’re after work in a particular region/town, you may find local schools can’t stand using agencies there, so no matter who you pick, it may not help with your job.
I’ve always found old fashioned legwork, research & talking to the employers got me the best positions.
