US military-run Iraq jail an al-Qaeda ‘recruiting centre’ – 12 Dec 09
Since the US invaded Iraq in 2003, it has detained an estimated 100000 people in its military-run jails. But now former inmates of one prison have told Al Jazeera it was used as a recruiting and training ground for al-Qaeda. Camp Bucca was shut down in September, but the US still holds thousands of prisoners in Iraq, ahead of a planned handover to local authorities some time next year. Zeina Khodr has our report.

Very strong emotionaly!
this is funnier than any comedy on tv or the movies!! you guys can thank a veteran for the right you have to protest your own country, and those who protect it! again, this is the funniest thing i have seen in weeks. thank you, i needed a good laugh.
Bush RESIGN SIR!
I got two names for you: Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay.
Fortunately we have again some kind of “angels” like The Living Theatre performers. Long life to the angels!
Follow your dreams.
In Italy everybody is againts the crazy and bloody Bush’s politics is named “anti-american”.
I’m against the dummy Bush’s thinking.
I love american people like Living Theatre, Noam Chomsky, Bob Dylan, Allen Ginsberg, Martin Luther King ecc.
I’m not against America! I’m against Bush and co.
(sorry for my bad english)
No Army can protect your freedom? That’s funny since the United States Army does this on a daily basis. I guess it is the military’s fault that people strap bombs onto themselves and blow up a bus full of people. Come on, that stuff has been happening forevever in that country and it should have been dealt with along time ago.
No army can protect my freedom. The world will be free when all armies have perished!
See Irak and the great liberty people have there thanks to the brave American army…
Yeah, go and do your little anti-recruiting/military play. The real men and women will be busy protecting your freedom to do that.
