What training is required to be a national guard recruiter?

Question by cassie_anime_japan: What training is required to be a national guard recruiter?
I know that you have to go through basic and then AIT, but is there anything after that? And does the national guard make you a recruiter in the same state and county you’re already in or do they put you where they want you no matter what state that may be? Does a recruiter ever go to war?

If a recruiter saw combat he wouldn’t be a recruiter anymore… guaranteed.
