Question by Erudite.: Why does one see Army and Marine recruiters in poor neighborhoods but not rich neighborhoods?
An army and Marine recruiter will walk up to a man in a run down 15 year old car and request him to join the military “But” the recruiters will not walk up to a young man driving a 60,000 dollar new car and ask him to join. Why?

Where did this happen. I never noticed it before. If you only see them in poor neighborhoods, where do the $ 60,000.00 cars come from.
